The Online Diploma Programme is not intended to be accessed by or targeted to anyone under the age of 18 years old. You must be at least 18 years old to register for the Online Diploma Programme.

By registering for the Online Diploma Programme you are accepting these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, then you must cancel your registration immediately by emailing us here.

1. About Data Protection​

   • Applicant's details will be stored safely and securely, and will be used exclusively for administrative purposes related to this Online Diploma Programme.​

2. Intellectual Property Rights

   • Students agree not to share or otherwise disseminate course materials - such as (but not limited to) workbooks and online tutorial content - without the express written permission of Umm Faruq.​

   • Students agree not to record (whether audio or video recording) online tutorial sessions without the express written permission of Umm Faruq.

3. Payment​

   • Payment must be received by the given deadline to confirm the student's place on the Online Diploma Programme.

   • Where payment is made on a level by level basis:

     • Payment includes a non-refundable administration fee of £40 per level.

     • A students' place on the Online Diploma Programme is only confirmed for the course/level which has been paid for.

     • Payment for subsequent levels must be received by the given deadline(s) to confirm the student's continued place on the Online Diploma Programme.

     • Where payment for any subsequent level is not received by the given deadline, the students place on the Online Diploma Programme will be pushed back to the next course/level start date subject to payment being received by the next given deadline.

     • Should more than two payment deadlines become missed, the student will become automatically de-registered from the Online Diploma Programme.

   • Where payment is made for the complete Online Diploma Programme in advance:

     • Payment includes a non-refundable administration fee of £36 per level.

4. Study break

   • Students can opt to skip a term after level 1, 2 or 3, provided that:

     • Notice is given in writing (by emailing here) no less than 4 weeks prior to the start date of the upcoming term;

     • Students must be aware that upon rejoining they will be placed into a different student cohort and Telegram group, correspondending to the level they are on.

   • Only one break may be taken for the duration of the Programme.​

5. Cancellation

   • Notice of cancellation must be made in writing (by emailing here) in order to be valid.

   • Applicants and students may cancel their registration at any time by emailing us here.​

6. Refunds​

   • Where payment for the course/level only was made:

     • A full refund minus £40 administration fee will be issued if cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to course/level start date.

     • Where cancellation notice is received less than 14 days prior to course/level start date, the fee for that course/level is non-refundable.​

   • Where payment for the complete Online Diploma Programme was made in advance:​

     • A full refund minus £36 administration fee will be issued if cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the first course/level start date.​

     • A partial refund minus £36 administration fee will be issued if cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to final course/level start date.

     • The amount of refund issued will be calculated and determined as final by GoodnRaw.

7. Non-deliverance​

   • In the case of Umm Faruq being unable to continue teaching, for whatever reason, and the Online Diploma Programme becoming prematurely and permanently discontinued, a full or partial refund (minus applicable administration fee) will be issued to students for the course/level they are currently undertaking and any subsequent levels already paid for.

8. Updates to these terms and conditions​

   • GoodnRaw may update these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion.​

   • If GoodnRaw make material changes to the terms, we will notify registrants by email.

   • If you do not agree to the changed terms and conditions, then you must cancel your registration immediately by emailing us here.
