About the therapeutic approaches

We provide a flexible, tailored approach to clients to meet their individual needs and to facilitate their desired outcome.

Our services are conducted 100% distance via phonecall, or IMO for non-UK resident clients.

We offer the following types of consultation/assessment:

Nutritional Assessment - analysis of signs and symptoms associated to each of the systems of the body, with expert advice on diet and lifestyle, nutritional deficiencies, and supplement recommendations, to identify and address root causes of ailments (not just symptoms management).

This service is also available for men; in this case assessment and analysis will be given in writing.

£30 per assessment

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - which relates to a particular school of therapy directed towards solving problems and modifying dysfunctional thinking and behaviour. Standard sessions are one hour long.

This service is conducted via private telephone call and is completely confidential.

Currently this service is available for women only.

£30 per hour

"I can’t recommend the counselling sessions enough. When I went through a very difficult time in my life it felt very confusing and I wasn’t sure how to move forward with my life. I had heard about counselling but regarded it as not a option for me.

My friends kept pushing me to speak to someone objectively to help me overcome my problems.

I started one session with the intention of trying something new and was adamant it wasn’t going to be for me. For the last 8 months I’ve been having sessions every month.

I’ve really found myself and am a lot happier about the person I have become. Gaining the confidence to face life again with a positive outcome is a result of these counselling sessions."
